How has your Visual & Media Studies Minor from Duke helped shape your professional success?

My minor in Visual Media Studies allowed me to delve into the arts and led me to move to NY (after being a student in the Duke in NY: Arts and Media program). My certificate in Markets and Management Studies prepared me for the professional world with familiarity of business accumen and led to my first career in marketing.

What advice would you give students in Visual & Media Studies?

If you have any interest in an arts or media career, definitely do the Duke in NY: Arts and Media program! One of the highlights of my Duke experience.
