John Taormina, director, Visual Media Center, has been appointed project manager and co-leader of the Art Libraries Society of North America’s (ARLIS/NA) new project, an Annotated Digital Art History Directory. Samantha Deutch, assistant director of the Center for the History of Collecting, Frick Art Reference Library, is the other co-leader.

ARLIS/NA is a growing, dynamic organization promoting the interests of more than 1,000 members. The membership includes architecture and art librarians, visual resources professionals, artists, curators, educators, publishers, students, and others throughout North America interested in visual arts information.
