Making Art in the Anthropocene: addressing social and ecological crises through artistic media |

This course focuses on bridging the gap between scientific research and the production of artistic works, exploring how scientists and artists can address social and ecological crises through different artistic media. During the semester, we will discuss readings, artworks and host visits from scientists, artists, and local organizations to become familiar with different issues related to climate change, environmental justice, and the Anthropocene. Students will produce a collaborative art proposal.
