Major in Computer Science; Minor in Computational Media, Arts & Cultures; Certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship
I am very interested in coding, creative design, building communities, and making a social impact. Through coursework and internships, I am exploring entrepreneurial opportunities to bring people together through innovation and technology. My curiosity for computational media and other technology design channels has led to numerous projects in augmented and virtual reality, game development, app development, and animation.
Favorite Class: My favorite class that I’ve taken at Duke so far is ISS 190FS, Constructing Immersive Virtual Worlds, which I took as part of the Virtual Realities, Fictional Worlds, and Games freshman Focus program. I really enjoyed this class because it allowed me to create multiple hands-on projects that introduced me to a wide variety of development platforms for creating augmented and virtual reality experiences.
